No more worrying about those website companies that charge an arm and a leg for the small service you want online.
You want simple and affordable? We have it. Alot of companies charge thousands for a site that consists of the same amount
of information you would see in a brochure. We at McGill Designs want to change that.
Website Construction & Maintenance
First of all, we build our websites from scratch.
We don't use website building programs, as they sometimes become problematic or buggy. We use Notepad (a small word processing program)
for building your site with HTML 4.01 based on W3C Standards (
www.w3.org) and Adobe Illustrator for graphics. We build from the ground up and check every bit
of coding three times to ensure it is fast, clean and browser compatible. First we sit down with you, a pen and paper, the images and information
you provide and customize your website to your liking. We allow one free hour of consultation. Afterwards we charge $25.00 an hour. We require 1/2 down payment before begining the project and the remaining balance upon completion. Average websites are up and running in three days or less.
For updating or editing a website, we charge $50.00 an hour.
Ownership
For up to five pages of text/info and twenty pictures/images, we sell a simple website at $500.00.
We provide an original copy of your website to you and a certificate of ownership. These are yours to do with whatever you want. When you pay for your website,
you are paying to own it free and clear.
Website Hosting
We also provide
simple website hosting for $100.00 a year through our server.

What about larger sites? We only build the small websites that other companies won't
take the time to do or are too expensive for the customer to afford. We have local affiliates that build and host larger websites at
